All return items must be received complete with the original manufacturers packaging within the set guidelines of the manufacturers return policies.

Some items being returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the item and reason for return. All items unless authorized in writing by Allsource Depot or the manufacturer must be returned postage paid.

Some items because of Health and Safety regulations may not be returned.

Invacare Home Care/Hospital beds include freight to customers living within 30 kms of the 401. This applies to deliveries in Ontario between Windsor and Ottawa.  Deivery may not be available elsewhere.

We reserve the right to notify the client if an error was made in pricing, product number, availability, colour, sizing or other errors not foreseen in the development of this site. E&OE. Allsource Depot reserves the right to correct errors.

This statement constitutes Allsource Depot’s entire warranty with respect to the aforesaid equipment and or supplies. ALLSOURCE DEPOT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BY THE MANUFACTURER. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLSOURCE DEPOT BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO SALES OR USE OF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT.
